Product builder / 01

From a back-of-the-napkin idea to a clickable prototype.

1 day.
Something
to point at.

One senior product builder turns your idea into a clickable core flow, ready to assess, pitch, or test.

Discuss your prototype

A real thing changes the conversation.

Ideas are easy to agree with. A prototype gives people something they can use, question, and improve.

A clickable core flow

Walk a customer, investor, or teammate through the idea and see where the story holds up.

In someone’s hands

Put the riskiest part of your software or AI idea into someone’s hands and learn from what happens.

  1. 01 / INTAKE

    Free Intake

We hear the idea, identify the question to answer, and decide whether a prototype is the right next step.

  2. 02 / PREPARE

    Prepare

We agree the priorities, gather access, and set up a repository. You know what we will tackle first.

  3. 03 / BUILD

    Build your prototype

We work in priority order within the 8-hour effort budget. At cumulative hour 5, we make a scope decision and reserve the remaining effort for finishing, the demo, and handover.

  4. 04 / HANDOVER

    Demo and handover

We walk you through the result, hand over the repository, and leave a short note with next steps. Anything that did not fit goes on the backlog.

Real progress.

The 8 hours cover preparation, building, and handover. We schedule that effort around availability, access, and feedback, and agree the delivery date upfront.

For startups

Turn a software or AI idea into a prototype you can test, pitch, or use to decide what to build next.

What it is not

A production platform or a fixed list of features. We agree the most valuable question and let the scope move inside the timebox.

For product teams

Explore a feature through focused discovery or test a product direction with a clickable prototype before committing to a larger build.

From something to point at
to something to build on.

The next package offers one working week of focused build effort, with a calendar schedule agreed separately. We use the prototype to decide what belongs in the working core.

MVP in a week

The short version.

Will this be ready tomorrow?

Not necessarily. “One day” refers to 8 hours of total effort, including intake, preparation, building, and handover. The calendar time depends on availability, access, and feedback. We agree the delivery date before starting; the offer does not guarantee delivery within 24 calendar hours.

Will this be ready for production?

No. The timebox is for a clickable core flow with mock data that helps you test and decide. A production build is a separate step.

Do you test it with my customers?

Customer interviews and user testing are included only if we agree them as part of the scope. Otherwise, you can use the prototype to run those conversations yourself.

What if the whole idea does not fit?

That is what the timebox is for. We start with the highest-priority part, make a scope decision at hour 5, and show the result at the end. The rest goes on the backlog.

Do I need a detailed specification?

No. The intake helps us find the question worth answering. We agree the priorities and access before the build begins.

Who gets the work afterward?

You get a walkthrough, the repository, and a short note with next steps. We can discuss the one-week MVP package if you want to continue.

What would you
like to make real?

Who is it for, what should they be able to do, and what are you unsure about? A few lines are enough to start.
